I think first decide your branch and then take up colleges .

If you really want to study in iit then any branch in iit would be better .

If you want to take up cse then go for other college.

IIT is best place to develop your carrier all are well trained faculty and best campus placements you will have 100% chance getting in campus placement.

If you are from AP GVP is also best college.
