Yes you are required to do slot booking in order to appear for BITSAT.

Candidates who have successfully applied for B.Tech admission at BITS Pilani have to participate in BITSAT 2018 slot booking to book slots for the entrance examination.The slot booking of BITSAT 2018 will open from March 23, 2018 and will close on April 5, 2018.
