For appearing in JEE advance first you must need to clear JEE mains,and sorry to say with this percentile i don't think you can qualify for JEE advance so you will not able to get college ,Don't get depressed you have another chance to again appear in JEE mains so with new enthusiasm and hard work stay towards your goal and be focused.
