It is not necessary to join alloted college in round 1 of state counselling

When you went for admission in the seat allotted to you in 1st round, they will ask you there whether you want to go for 2nd round counseling or join the allotted college.  So, if you are not satisfied with the first round of your allotted college, you can appear in the second round of state counseling.
