Hey!

joining a college that is just started is not at all a problem and is fine. but the problem is they dont have highly experienced faculty, or a very well established labs and theatres. but you will be a new set, and thus have a less fees or donation (since they dont have that much reputation). but if it is a branch of a reputed college, or affiliated to a big university, then fine. you can join there. you can see the review anyway
