is it ok for north side students to studying in South medical college or Is there any problems created by the south students??

No, there are no problems and trust me, you'll like the atmosphere there. I would even go to the extent to say the weather too is quite balanced and isnt as hot as it is said to be. You too have quite a few Plateau and Hilly Regions in the South. You just need to get used to the Fooding Culture there. North Indians are usually not accustomed to having a Breakfast with Dosa and Vadas or maybe Hot Rasam and Rice for Lunch. Otherwise there are many North Indian Students nowadays in the South with some of the Best Government and Private Educational Institutions located here. South Indian People are quite serious regarding Education, hence you might encounter some Strict administration in your Medical College and requirement of Discipline. Otherwise Connectivity is good and most of the State Capitals are directly connected with Delhi and inwards by Air and Railway, hence you shouldnt have any issue.
