Is it possible to change my admit card of jee April session to may session because i won't be able to appear tomorrow's exam for i cannot reach exam centre due the closer of transport service in my district?

You cannot change the date of exam once the admit card is released. If you are unable to give JEE Mains 2021 session 3 due to some reason on a particular date, you cannot change your exam date. You can apply for session 4/ May session which will be conducted on August 26, 27, 31 and 1, 2 September 2021.
The application window for JEE mains phase 4 is opened till 20 July 2021.
To apply for JEE mains phase 4:
1. Go to the official JEE mains website
2. Login with your credentials
3. Go to edit application
4. Add session 4 to it
5. Pay the application fees

No, you cannot change your session for JEE Main Entrance Examination. If you have applied for JEE Main April session you have to appear for that session. You cannot withdraw or correct the details in the application now because the registration window is closed. If you have applied for JEE Main May session then you can appear for that exam if you haven't applied then you cannot appear for JEE Main May session. The examination center or the date of examination cannot be changed.
