The Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences hasn't yet relased its cut offs for 2019.
Last year the cut-offs for different categories were as following:

1.) UR- 691 to 119
2.) SC- 118 to 96
3.) ST- 118 to 96
4.) OBC- 118 to 96

No, the cutoff for neet 2019 for kalinga institute for medical science is not declared upto now. It will be expected to declared after july 1st week during the time of counselling. Please wait upto that.
