No NEET examination is not required for BSC oncology or any other BSc degree.
NEET examination is only compulsory for getting admission in Medical college for :-
So if you are interested in doing bsc oncology you don't need to worry about neet examination at all.

- Medical courses i.e MBBS
- Dental courses i.e BDS
- Ayush courses i.e BHMS , BAMS etc
- Veterinary courses i.e BVSc
So if you are interested in doing bsc oncology you don't need to worry about neet examination at all.
