As you know this is the first time NEET will be considered for JIPMER so indirectly you are asking that whether you can prepare for NEET via Self study or not.

Obviously Yes. As this is the first time so we can't say much about the marks you will require to get a seat in JIPMER but as this is a top notch college so you must aim for 600+
