Is the cut off for Bihar gonna decrease this year as the All India Cut off decreased in NEET ?

Dear Ganeshwar,
The cut off will not drop much this year, may be it can drop to 5 - 10 marks but not much as 1.5 lakh students stepped in this as extra.
