Many students choose pursue computer science as a course. So the seats in Delhi University for computer science fills up quickly. The selection basis of computer science in Delhi University is merit based therefore there is a release of cutoff for this course .
Well 83% is quite not enough for admission but you might get this course in Delhi University after 6th or 7th cut off or if you qualify for any of the reserved categories.

There are many colleges of the University of delhi which offer Bachelor's in sciences in computer science in the north campus aswell as the south campus . With 83 percentage in class 12th boards examinations you are very much an average student and this much percentage is not enough to get a college in the Delhi university of you belong to the unreserved or the general category. It might be possible for you to get a college of the Delhi university if you belong to obc/SC/st category.The cutoffs for this course is very high every year.
