most of the engineering exams do have a negative marking in their entrance exams but to my knowledge VIT entrance exam don't have any negative marking. Rest for every exam you can search in their sites where it will be clearly mentioned about the marking scheme.

So if you want to give an exam which don't have negative marking you can go for VIT Exam.

In JEE MAINS we have negative marking criteria, which is +4 and -0.25

Also in other institute examinations like BITSAT, VITEEE, etc. you will find the negative marking criteria.

Every exam has negative marking.

In jee maine it's +4 and -1.

Don't get confused of - 1/4 as -.25 . Rather it is -1/4 of 4 marks ie 1 mark.

Ya we have negative marking for many competitive exams like JEE MAINS and Advanced and also like other DEEMED universities like BITS amrita etc have also negative marking.

Now a days many  engineering entrance exams have negative marks. Which entrance exam are you preparing for? Suppose if it is a JEE then You have negative marking for both mains and advanced. Along with that some private university entrance exams also has negative marking in their exams.
