First of all, employers are looking for applicants who are all-rounders. They want professionals who have adequate technical knowledge as well as adequate management knowledge.During hiring process, they prefer applicants who tick this box! Under such circumstances, having an MBA Degree under your belt can work wonders for you! Another advantage is that it opens new doors of opportunities in front of you! For example, a B.Sc. Chemistry graduate will usually land a job that belongs to the technical side of things. Now, if he/she has an MBA Degree under his/her belt, then it is possible for him/her to land a managerial role.
