As you've mentioned that you've scored 85.832 percentile in JEE Mains examination and assuming that you're from general category then according to it your rank would be around 1,23,400-1,23,450.
At this much rank it's difficult for you to get a government college in Maharashtra. Even if you're able to get a seat in it you might not get your desired branch.
