Haan, you can apply for as many courses as you want using University of Delhi registration form, even if the courses are of different fields.
No extra money will be charged for that. Also, your admission will depend only on cutoff list for various courses and your merit. If your 10+2 percentage fulfills the cutoff marks, then you can get admission easily.
