If you are aspiring to pursue MBA from Maharashtra then you have to appear for MAH CET.
The basic requirement for appearing in the exam is that one must be a graduate in any discipline from any college, institute or university acknowledged by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).So, as you mentioned you have done B.Sc which make you completely eligible.
If you are from general category then you must have scored a minimum 50 percent marks in graduation to be eligible.
