See both the options have amazing opportunities ahead. But if you become a Doctor from a good medical college in India, the varieties of cases you will see and the level of tropic diseases you will experience, will be of greater value if you are wishing to practice laterwards in India. So the exposure to varied disease cases is more prominent in India. Now if you have the aspiration to go for canada then go for it, but if you got good Government college in India, then study there and go abroad for your Master degree which will much more relevant to your career growth..
