Yes, it is possible but it is a rare case when B.Sc and M.sc in Math(Hons) is available from a single University or college. The best college that offers the same is:

Hansraj College, Delhi

Hansraj College is a college of University Of Delhi. It is considered as one of the best colleges in all India.
