My class 12 marks sheet is in my BSc college, but I didn't appear BSc exam last year. I have appeared in Neet25 exam and will take part in Counselling. Is CBSE class 12 marksheet is mandatory for appearing in MBBS admission counselling. Should I take TC from my BSc college for counselling or after seat allotment some time is given to submit documents for admission. Is duplicate marks sheet issued by CBSE allowed for counselling and admission.
HELLO,
Your Class 12 marksheet is mandatory for MBBS admission counselling because eligibility for NEET UG is based on 10+2 (PCB Subject). Without it , you cannot complete the admission process. Since your original marksheet is deposited with your B.Sc. college , you need to arrange it properly before counselling
here is the detailed information :-
1.CBSE class 12th marksheet is compulsory for verification during MBBS admission counselling
2.You can either request your B.Sc. college to return the original marksheet or ask for a undertaking letter if they do not release it immediately
3.During counselling provisional allotment is given first. After seat allotment candidates are usually given a few days to submit all required documents.
4.If retrieving the original is difficult , you can apply for duplicate Class 12th marksheet from CBSE. This duplicate is valid and accepted for counselling/admission
Best option is to get back your original 12th marksheet from your B.Sc. college or if they are delaying then keep proof of application for a duplicate from CBSE and inform counselling authorities
Hope this Helps!
