Hello Sidhartha,
It may be difficult for you to join in government college as you may not satisy the eligibility criteria.
If you have JEE main above or equal to the JEE main Categorical Cutoff then you can take admission along with 10+2 with physics,chemistry,mathematics or passed from HSC Board Examiination i.e. Odisha Board.
You can apply for admission in the official site of VSSUT college only.
