Hey Vidhi, hope you are doing well. 119686 is quite lower rank to get into NITS and IIITS. Sorry to disappoint you,even though you belong to the home state category then too it is not possible to get into IIIT Raipur. You can try for private colleges like Nirma University, Sastra University, BITS Pilani, SRM University, VIT University, etc. Hope it helps!! Good luck!
