My jee main rank is 20000 in obc cat can i get dtu , nsit, or iiit delhi . i am from outside delhi region

the chances are very low to get these colleges.still I would suggest you not to leave the hope.
go through counselling sometimes things get turned away above expectation. kindly use your reserved home state quota and obc quota .
