Admission into Engineering colleges shall take place through JEE Main counselling.
Registration and choice filling of colleges shall commence from 3rd week of June 2018.
Total 7 rounds thereafter shall be conducted.
All dates tentatively have been scheduled below:

Thereafter payment of  fees, documentation verification and seat allotment shall take place.

And final reporting of candidates to institutions.

If you're targeting Government College of engineering then it shall take place through MHTCET only.

Govt College Aurangabad - seats are through MHT CET only. I cant see any allotment through JEE Main. Also it requires a domicile to apply to this college.
