My JEE mains 2019 percentile is 96.178 and 43012 rank.. I belong to general category outside Delhi so is there any chance to get into DTU

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of DTU for outsider,you seems to have less chance of getting any stream DTU.Closing rank under other state quota was 17k,and under home state quota was 48k,this is previous year closing rank of DTU.You should focus on JEE ADVANCE.
