According to your rank you have low chances of getting CSE or ECE in DTU/NSIT being an Outside Delhi candidate. But you should try till the spot rounds. You can also get other branches in DTU/NSIT.

As per previous years records, it is quite difficult to get into DTU or NSUT(NSIT now) , but you have decent chances to get chemical, mechanical engineering or civil engineering there. However, you must try till last round of counselling as trend changes every year.
