My jee mains score is 74.can I get bachelor of science in any of the nits?

NITs firstly dont offer Bachelor of Science.
They offer Btech and B. Arch courses.
As per your rankings you can have mediocre chances with following :
Chnaces with any top NITs an IIITs is not possible.
You have nearly qualified JEE Advanced and hemce you're eligible to appear JEE advanced for IIT.
