You have not mentioned your state and your rank. Cut off is different for each category. In 2019 the cut off rank for admission to Computer Science Engineering in VNIT, Nagpur was 999 for EWS category under home state category and under other state quota the cut off rank was 759. So if you have the required cut off rank then you have chances of getting seat but if you do not have the required cut off rank then you may not get seat. However, cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

With this percentile, your rank would be between 165679 - 120612, with this rank you can get seat in NIT through gen ews quota. Although cut off varies every year depending upon no of students appearing, qualifying, no of seats available, difficulty level of exam.
NIT Nagpur cut off 2019
For CS branch ( EWS category)
for home state quota 999 rank
For other state quota 759 rank
This is as per 2019's data, cut off changes every year
So you may or may not get seat it is difficult to predict exactly.
