My kiitee rank in bsc nursing exam is 3482 but i am not eligible for first round councelling. What it mean??

Hello!
This means that your rank isn't sufficient for the first round of counselling. And your marks would have been lesser than required.
May be you'll be called for other rounds of counselling.
