My mark in neet 610 .I belong to general category odisa,I have some dobt in neet counciling process ,I hope any one please clear my doubt.

For all india quota it will not matter whether you are from adissa or karnataka

Sorry to say u don't understand my question.my question odisa my home town and want to study in karnataka.so if I fail to get admission in Karnataka then there have to be another option so I am saying during neet counciling can I fill the choice for both Karnataka ( under all India quata)and odisha (under state quata)so if any cause I don't get seat in Karnataka then definitely get seat in odisha okkk answer ......
