Hi

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that,

>>>>>>  with 442 marks  ,

you hold low to boundary chance to get mbbs seat in a Government Medical College

For example,

In Neet 2020, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College under west Bengal state quota for sc was 452 marks and it was for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal

You have good chances in pvt colleges for mbbs in West Bengal state quota:-

  • IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur

  • ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia
