There are chances of you to get the admission in the government medical college with 3895. But the cut off varies every year so maybe you'll get the admission because cut off depends upon various numbers of factors such as the difficulty level of exams, no of candidates, etc. But the cut off for the reserved category is comparatively low than the cut off of unreserved category.
