My NTA score is 98.7255020. Is it possible to get DTU CS branch??My state eligibility is Delhi. I belong to general category.

The chances are pretty high to get DTu ( Considering Domicile factor). I am not sure about the CS branch but it is also 80% in hand.
You rank will also be around 15k-17k , hence it is pretty good rank to be honest.
