Hello Om,

You are on just border line actually so we cannot say much about your possibility of fetching seats in NIT.

You can easily get good GFTIs,CFTIs in CS/IT branch.

As per our expert 97 above is required by general candidate to fetch the seat of NIT.OBC candidate have 4-5 percentile relaxation.

You might be get NIT based upon home state quota but chances of CS/IT seems less.

For clear cut fetching seats, you should score little high percentile near above 93 .

You can increase your percentile in April Jee main.
To increase your percentile in April Jee you should do model question paper to improve percentile in a limited time period.
If you have any questions remain than comment below.
Good luck...

Hello OM!

congratulations on for ur good performance

Right now it will be tough to say anything about nits you will get or not since it is percentile score which states only about percentile score in their respective session.I can give you rough idea about your rank under general quota using this formula:{100-percentile score}×145386/100.This will give you probable rank under general quota. To get NITs your rank should be under 2k.I answered above queries assuming paper 2 results.

For assurance wait till April.NTA will declared rank after 2nd phase of JEE mains paper 2.You still have one attempt for jee mains paper 2 2109..

You can ask if you have any other queries.Hope u have a great future in coming time.

GOOD LUCK!

Hello
You have scored good in your jee mains exam, and as per the official notification, your general rank is about 75 thousand and since it is hard to estimate the obc category rank to know the cutoffs for NITs.
But as an obc candidate you need atleast 88 percentile to get into NITs. So, you have decent chances to get NITs but you may not get your required branch(cse).
For any further queries you can ask me
ALL TUE BEST.
