With 570 marks in NEET you have high chance in some MBBS government medical college through state quota if you belong to OBC category according to previous years cutoff.
As the competion was quite high in Kerala, Malabar Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Modakkallur cut off rank was 28561, for 481 . But due as you have received 570 marks there's a good chance of you getting into that college.
FEE structure is Rs.750,000 for 1st year
