my rank is 70,440. With that rank will i get admission in vit Vellore for civil engineering in 1st or 2nd category

The atleast rank to get in VITEEE should be under 50000 then you might have a chance to get fashion technology, So by your rank you won't get into any campus of VITEEE unless you want to get admission in category 4, with a great amount of fees or prepare for next time and have a good luck.
