Yes, For your rank you have maximum chances to get ECE/CSE at JNTUK and even at other colleges. The below are the colleges where you can get admission given with the tution fee for 4 years,

1. JNTUH Kakinada - 40,000/- for 4 years

2. Sri Venkateshwara University - 40,000/- for 4 years

3. Andhra University - 8 lakhs for 4 years

4. RVR and JC college of engineering - 4.20 lakhs for 4 years

5. Gayathri Vidya Parishad college of engineering - 4.15 lakhs for 4 years
