Jee mains paper 2 is for architecture admission in few colleges only rest of them considers NATA score , you should refer to the following link to check the possibility of getting admission in one of them.

It contains college wise ,category wise cutoff of previous years of various colleges which will help you to predict your chances in getting admission in one of them!

First check the possibility of getting admission in certain college according to previous year's cutoffs then apply with your score in that university to get admission with appropriate documents.
