You can check last year VIT cutoff to know in which branch you can expect your scope.

Yes there is scholarship.
Tuition fees will be waived off as per the scolarship criteria. You will have to check details on official site.
Group A abd B are made on basis of branches.
Group A has to pay less fees than group B.
