First of all, congratulations for your marks !
As per previous year analysis,  after round 3, the closing rank for computer science in Kalyani Govt. Was 1854. So you have a 50-50 chance  to get into cs in kalyani.
But in information technology the closing rank was 4724 after round 3. And in core branches the closing rank is higher.
You might not get seat into cs, but you can easily  get seat into information technology.
Don't lose hope.

If you fall in general category then I'm afraid you won't get into Kalyani Government Engineering college as their closing rank for CSE lies somewhere near 1300. But if you belong to reserved category then absolutely you have chances of getting into the college as for reserved category students the closing rank is somewhere near 7000.
