Talent is what matters most,If you're having enough talent then no one can stop you from grabbing the right opportunity or your desired goal. Yes, sometimes what happens reputed institutions like tier 1 and tier 2 colleges for ex. IIT, NIIT get better oppertunity through on campus. As everyone from software industry has a dream of working with FAANG(Facebook, Apple, Amazon , Netflix, Google etc) and you can surely achieve it with your sheer hardwork. Just practice coding 3 hours per day. Most of the courses are available on online platform. So you can get through them easily. Just keep an eye on off campus drives.
