Once the the stray vacancy round is over , MCC will release an official list of candidates who are eligible for refund of security fee. If you were never allotted seat in any rounds or did not join the seat given to you in round 1, then you are eligible for the refund . The refund will be made to the same account from which the payment was made. You will surely get your money back , keep checking the official website of MCC for regular updates.
