Sorry, to say that the cutoff for the computer science engineering in vidyanikethan college is 18k as per the 2018 cutoff for the bc-b category, for her rank and if she is only interested in that colllege than INformation technology and mechanical engineering are avaiilable fofr her rank...think and go good for the future.
