Self study is definitely important to pursue a new skill. But if you join an institute, it will help you to get into the course entirely. The study material you will get from an institute that you won't get if you go for self study only. An institute provides a course in a unique structure and evaluated students on the basis of their training as well as marks scored by them. You'll get excellent teachers who will guide you to get the right path.
