There are many colleges which offer admission on the basis of MAT score. Some of the best colleges are TAPMI, Xavier Institute of management and entrepreneurship, Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad, MDI Gurgaon, Department of Management Sciences, PUMBA (Pune University), SIMREE. So to get admission among one of these institutes it will be good to score above 700. Above 700 will make sure you get the calls from all the institutes for the second round of interview and WSAT/GD. If you can get marks 600+ then also it will be pretty good and you will have a good probability of getting calls from good colleges. So, in my opinion, 600+ will be the safest score.
