All the 3 colleges are good.According to careers 360 ranking these 3 will be in below order: 

 

MNNIT Allahabad (AAAA+ means Outstanding)
NSIT Delhi (AAAA means very good)
MNIT Jaipur (AAAA means very good)

If you have choice among these three to choose one you can go for MNNIT Allahabad it comes under top five NITs.

You should also appear for JEE Advanced to take admission in IITs.
