Hello, well this depends on number of students filling the same branch and total number of seats for that branch, category seats. Nit Agartala is a very good college it's placement is good. So, it's cutoff are higher for this. Nit Meghalya is new Nit but at this rank you have to wait till special round of counseling. Cutoff changes every year. And you should apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
