If u get seat in aiq and if u want to cancel the seat received through state quota u can excercise choice 4 in kea.

See, if you get any college in first round in state quota and if you take it then you can't leave it if you have taken admission in it.
If you don't want that college I think, you can leave it without taking admission.
Then you can participate in all india counseling after that.
So decide yourself which college you want according to last year's data.
You have not mentioned your rank, so it is not possible to predict it.
