Sir i got 126968 as crl and 14588 as gen ews.Could i get NSIT OR DTU OR ANY GOOD COLLEGE?

No, I am sorry to say that even with the EWS quota it is very difficult for you to get a seat in NSIT or DTU even if you belong to the Delhi home state quota. So don't get disheartened and keep looking for other colleges or consider taking taking a drop year.
