During the admission, the student will need the following details:

  • NEET 2020 Admit Card

  • NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter

  • Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)

    • Class 12 certificate and mark sheet

    • ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

    • Eight passport size photographs

    • Provisional Allotment Letter

    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

    • PwD Certificate (if applicable)

  • Applicants must note that while filling the NEET application form 2020 there are certain list of documents which aspirants have to keep beforehand.

    1. A valid Mobile Number

    2. A valid Email Address

    3. Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, school details etc)

    4. Correct spelling of Father and Mother's name

    5. Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)

    6. Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number

    7. Scanned images of passport-sized photograph, and signature and other documents (if applicable). Details are given in the table below

    8. Credit/Debit card or Net Banking details (for online payment)

So you don't need the admit compulsorily. If you have the softcopy then you can keep it along with you.
